- 5-a-side for U7 & U8
- 6-a-side for U9 to U14 boys & U10 & U13 girls
- 5-a-side for U15 boys (by invitation only)
- 5-a-side for U16 boys (by invitation only)
Separate Colts competitions from U9 to U16 boys
Only FA affiliated teams will be eligible to enter the tournament and this tournament is not open to Academy teams.
As in 2019, we will be holding our tournament fund-raiser at the Princes Risborough Secondary school. Due to limited parking, please may we ask you to car share where possible to ensure this space is used effectively.
As usual, all league games will be 9 minutes one way with no half time. All semi-finals and finals will be 7 minutes each half with a one-minute interval break.
Car parks open from 8:00 for morning sessions. 13:30 for afternoon sessions.
Tournament structure
As previous, we have restricted the U7 & U8 age groups to 5 a side mini leagues and divided the U9 to U14 age groups into two separate 6 a side competitions – Rangers & Colts, to encourage teams of all abilities to come and enjoy the Competition. The U15’s will play 5 a-side as will the U16’s. The U12’s & U13’s also have development league(s).
The Colts leagues will be limited to teams as follows:
› U9 & U10: Blue & Yellow Divisions of the South Bucks Mini Soccer Conference
› U11: Yellow, White & Black Divisions of the South Bucks Mini Soccer Conference
› U12: Yellow, White & Black Divisions of the South Bucks Mini Soccer Conference.
› U13: Divisions 4 and 5 of the Wycombe and South Bucks Minor Football League, or equivalent (development league 5).
› U14: Divisions 4 & 5 of the Wycombe and South Bucks Minor Football League or equivalent.
› U15: Invite only
Squad size
U7 & U8: Each squad = max 7 players with a team of 5 players + 2 rolling subs
U9 to U14: Each squad = max 8 players with a team of 6 players + 2 rolling subs
U10 & U13 Girls: Each squad = max 8 players with a team of 6 players + 2 rolling subs
U15 Boys: Each squad = max 7 players with a team of 5 players + 2 rolling subs
Please note the following
Age groups are as per the playing season – 2021/22
Proof of age may be required so managers should bring club/player registration cards for U13 and above.
The organisers reserve the right to place any team within a particular competition.
In the event of the May weekend having to be canceled due to extreme weather, RRJFC will notify all teams by Wednesday 11th May at the latest.
